Supply Chain Disruption Monitoring Dataset
We present the Supply Chain Disruption Monitoring dataset, a curated resource designed to support research on detecting, classifying, and analysing real-world supply chain disruption events. The dataset compiles reports of disruptions—ranging from natural disasters and geopolitical incidents to supplier failures and logistics bottlenecks—together with relevant contextual attributes that enable both qualitative analysis and the training of machine learning models.
This dataset is intended as a benchmark resource for advancing methods in supply chain risk intelligence, event extraction, early-warning systems, and resilience analytics. By providing structured, publicly available disruption data, it enables reproducible research into how organisations can anticipate, interpret, and respond to supply chain shocks.
